Final results of our recent project to support planning application for this 3 storey building with retail space on the ground floor. Our team worked tirelessly to create a comprehensive set of visual materials that would give the planning authorities a clear understanding of the proposed design. Through photorealistic renders and detailed floor plans, we were able to communicate the design’s impact on the surrounding area and the benefits it would bring to the community.

For this particular project, our team was tasked with creating CGIs that accurately depicted the proposed extension. We worked closely with the architect to ensure that our CGIs were a true representation of the finished product, down to the last detail. This included everything from the colour and texture of the building materials to the landscaping around the extension.

The CGIs were then included as part of the planning application that was submitted to the local planning council.
